It’s a rewarding job because I’m able to build relationships every day and see customers’ dreams come true.
Whether it’s making suggestions for improvements to enhance a property, or resolving pre-existing issues at a property, my greatest satisfaction comes when we, as a company, are able to transform a property from what it was to what customers want it to be.
Sometimes it’s a quick fix, but other times it may take a year or two. Either way, as long as the customer is happy at the end of the day, I know that I have done my job.
